For the first time in history the German National Hunting Championship (Bundesmeisterschaften) was arranged in September 2009. The championship was arranged with electronic targets from Kongsberg.
The Hunting Federation in Lower Saxony (Landesjägerschaft Niedersachsen – LJN) arranged the championship at Liebenau shooting range, close to Hannover.
More than 500 shooters, who had qualified themselves in advance, competed with rifle at electronic animal targets (fox, running and fixed boars, dear) from Kongsberg.
In addition Trap og Skeet (with handguns) were included in the shooting program.
The German National Hunting Championship (Bundesmeisterschaften) was arranged without any technical problems, due to competent organizers and the electronic solution from Kongsberg. Further information might be found at this link
